Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Core360 Solutions works with clients and how you may use this website. They are written to be clear and fair to both sides, so you know exactly what to expect before any work starts.

Last updated 15 October 2026

The short version

  • You get a fixed quote before work starts, and nothing outside it is billed without your written approval.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance and you can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final deliverables and their editable source files.
  • We use AI tools to work faster, and our specialists review and approve every deliverable.
  • We keep your information confidential and will sign an NDA whenever you ask.
  • Nobody can promise rankings, AI mentions or sales, because search engines, AI assistants and platforms decide them. We promise skilled work and honest reporting.

This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what apply.

1About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the website www.core360solutions.com (the “Website”) and to all services provided by Core360 Solutions (“Core360”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a digital agency based in Bangladesh. “You” means the person or business that uses the Website or orders services from us. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Your quote, proposal or statement of work (a “Quote”) sets out the services, deliverables, timeline and price for your project or plan. If documents conflict, they apply in this order: (1) a separate written agreement signed by both of us, such as a master services agreement or NDA; (2) your Quote, for project details such as scope, price, payment schedule and timeline; (3) these Terms.

You accept these Terms when you approve a Quote, pay an invoice or ask us in writing to start work, whichever happens first. Email counts as writing.

2Using this website

You may browse, share and quote the Website for personal or business research. When you quote our content, please credit Core360 Solutions and link to the page. You may not copy the Website’s design, code or branding, present our content as your own, or use the Website in a way that could harm it or its visitors, for example by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or overloading our servers.

We work to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but its content is general information, not professional advice, and it may change without notice. Prices are set in US dollars and converted into euros, pounds and taka using publicly available daily exchange rates. Converted prices are indicative only. Your Quote and invoice state the price and currency that apply.

The Website links to third-party websites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

3Quotes and starting work

Every project or plan starts with a written Quote that sets out the scope, deliverables, number of revision rounds, timeline and price. A Quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

We start work once you have approved the Quote and any first payment has cleared. Timelines run from the day we have your complete brief, materials and access.

Work not described in the Quote is outside its scope. If you ask for extra work, we will tell you the cost and the effect on the timeline first, and go ahead only after you approve the change in writing. No surprise invoices.

4Monthly plans

Monthly plans (Basic, Standard, Premium or a custom retainer) cover the deliverables listed for that plan in each billing period. Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing month. Quarterly billing covers three months in advance at the discount shown on the Website.

Plan allowances, such as the number of creatives, video edits or development hours, apply to each billing period. Unused allowances do not carry over and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You can cancel a plan at any time by emailing info@core360solutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We will finish the work in progress for that period and hand over all completed, paid deliverables. Fees for a billing period that has started are non-refundable. This includes the rest of a quarterly period, because the quarterly discount reflects that three-month commitment.

You can upgrade at any time, and the new plan starts at your next billing period unless we agree an earlier start. We may change plan prices or allowances for future billing periods by giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

5Fees, invoices and payment

Fees are set out in your Quote. Unless your Quote says otherwise, fixed-price projects need a 50% deposit before work starts, with the balance due on completion or at agreed milestones, before final files are released. Invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice date.

International clients are invoiced in US dollars or euros, and clients in Bangladesh can be invoiced in taka. You pay any bank, transfer, payment-platform or currency conversion fees on your side, so that we receive the full invoiced amount.

Our prices do not include taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax that may apply where you are. You are responsible for those taxes where they apply. If the law requires you to withhold tax from a payment, please tell us before you pay so we can agree how to handle it.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work after letting you know, and timelines will move accordingly. We may hold back final files and the transfer of rights until overdue amounts are paid. You agree to cover reasonable costs we incur to recover overdue amounts.

Advertising spend, paid software, stock assets, domains, hosting, app store fees and other third-party costs are not included in our fees unless your Quote says so. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform.

If you question an invoice, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and pay any part that is not in question on time. We will work with you in good faith to settle it quickly.

6Refunds

Our fees pay for specialist time that has already been set aside for you. For that reason, fees for work already done, deposits for work that has started and fees for billing periods that have started are non-refundable.

If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, or we end an engagement for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the fees you paid for work we have not delivered.

Nothing in this section affects rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7Your responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

  • give us a clear brief and accurate information, and tell us promptly about any changes
  • provide content, brand assets, logins and access when we need them
  • name one contact person who can give consolidated feedback and approvals
  • review drafts and reply to our questions within a reasonable time
  • check final deliverables before publishing them, especially facts, prices, product claims and legal wording
  • make sure your products, offers, advertising claims and use of the deliverables follow the laws and platform rules that apply to your business
  • keep your own backups of important content and data

If you give us text, images, logos, music, data or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that our use of them for your project will not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

Late feedback, missing materials or changes of direction may move timelines. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days because we are waiting for you, we may invoice the work completed so far and reschedule the rest based on our availability.

8Revisions, approvals and timelines

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds in your plan or Quote. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to an agreed direction. A new concept, a changed brief or work beyond the original scope is new work, which we quote separately.

Please approve each delivery or ask for changes within 10 business days. If we have not heard from you within that time, we will send a reminder, and if there is still no reply after a further 5 business days, the delivery is treated as approved.

Delivery times on the Website and in Quotes, such as first concepts in 48 hours, are typical targets counted in business days, not guarantees. We send progress updates every week and will tell you promptly if a timeline is at risk.

9Ownership of the work

When you have paid all amounts due for a deliverable, we transfer to you all rights we hold in the final deliverable created specifically for you, including its editable source files. Until then, the work belongs to us and you may use it only to review it.

These items are not part of that transfer:

  • Third-party materials, such as stock images, fonts, music, templates, plugins, software libraries and platform features. They are licensed to you on their owners’ terms, which we will point out to you. Where a paid licence is needed, we will buy it in your name or add its cost to your invoice with your approval.
  • Open-source software, which is used under its own open-source licence.
  • Our existing tools and know-how, such as workflows, code snippets, templates and methods we developed before or outside your project. You get a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
  • Unused work, such as concepts, drafts and options you did not choose. These remain ours, and we will never use them in a way that identifies you or your business.

Unless you ask us not to, or your project is white-label or covered by an NDA, we may show completed, publicly released work in our portfolio and case studies, without revealing any confidential information.

Some countries give limited or no copyright protection to material created purely by AI. Our specialists shape, edit and finish every deliverable, but we cannot guarantee that every AI-assisted element can be registered or enforced as copyright.

10How we use AI

We use AI tools to speed up research, first drafts and repetitive production. Our specialists direct the work, make the creative and technical decisions, and review and approve every deliverable before it reaches you.

We choose reputable AI tools and settings, and we do not knowingly put your confidential information into tools that use it to train public AI models. If you would prefer that some materials are not processed with AI tools at all, tell us in writing before work starts. We will agree another way of working, which may change the timeline and price.

AI tools can make mistakes. We check AI-assisted work carefully, and you remain responsible for reviewing final content before you publish it.

11Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business, technical and financial information confidential, use it only for our work together, and share it only with team members, contractors and advisers who need it and who are bound by similar duties. This continues for 3 years after our engagement ends, and for as long as the information remains a trade secret.

This does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully known to it, is developed independently, or must be disclosed by law. Where the law allows, the other party will be told before any such disclosure.

We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share project details. For white-label and outsourcing partners, we stay invisible to your clients and never contact them unless you ask us to.

12Personal data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data about website visitors, prospects and client contacts.

If we process personal data on your behalf during a project, such as customer lists, CRM records or app users’ data, you are the controller and we are your processor. We will process that data only on your documented instructions, keep it confidential and secure, use trustworthy sub-processors, help you respond to individuals’ requests and to security incidents, and delete or return the data when our work ends. On request, we will sign a data processing agreement, including standard contractual clauses where they are needed.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including any consent required, to collect that data and to send marketing messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

13Third-party platforms and accounts

Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, the App Store, Google Play, hosting providers and AI tools. Their terms, policies, prices, algorithms and availability are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their decisions, including rejected ads or apps, account restrictions, changes in reach or outages.

Advertising accounts, domains, hosting, app store accounts and analytics properties should be registered in your name, with access given to us. If we set any of them up for you, we will transfer them to you on request once all amounts due have been paid.

Please give us our own user access instead of sharing your personal logins, keep your passwords secure, and remove our access when our engagement ends.

14Our standards and what we cannot promise

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care, using qualified people and recognised industry practices, and deliver what your Quote describes.

For fixed-price website and app projects, we will fix free of charge any defect in our work that you report within 30 days of launch, where the work does not perform as agreed in the Quote. This does not cover changes made by others, new features, third-party updates or hosting problems.

Results such as search rankings, mentions in AI assistants, traffic, followers, leads, sales or return on ad spend depend on many factors that no one fully controls, including search engines, AI systems, platforms, competitors and markets. We therefore do not guarantee any specific result. We do commit to doing the work properly and reporting progress honestly.

Apart from what these Terms say, and as far as the law allows, we give no other warranties, express or implied.

15Limits on liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, anticipated savings or data, or for advertising spend or platform penalties, even if the loss was foreseeable.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from or in connection with an engagement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid us for the services concerned in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim or, for a fixed-price project, the fees paid for that project.

This section does not limit your obligation to pay fees that are due. You will compensate us for losses, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from third-party claims caused by materials you supplied, by your instructions, or by your use of the deliverables in breach of the law or these Terms.

16Ending an engagement

Either of us may end an engagement by written notice if the other seriously breaches these Terms and does not put it right within 14 days of being asked to, or if the other becomes insolvent or stops trading.

We may pause or end our services straight away if an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, if we are asked to do something unlawful or unethical, or if our team is treated abusively.

You can cancel a fixed-price project at any time by written notice. You will pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, in proportion to the whole project, plus any third-party costs already committed.

When an engagement ends, you pay for all work done up to the end date, we hand over completed and paid deliverables, and each of us returns or deletes the other’s confidential information, except copies the law requires us to keep. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment, ownership, confidentiality, liability and disputes, continue to apply.

17Work we do not take on

To protect our clients, our team and the public, we do not create or promote content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit; fake reviews, fake engagement, impersonation or misinformation; spam, malware or tools for unauthorised access; search tactics that break search engines’ spam policies; or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline or stop any work that we reasonably believe falls into these categories.

18Our team and your clients

Our specialists are central to the service we provide. While we work together and for 12 months afterwards, you agree not to hire or engage directly any Core360 team member who worked on your account without our written consent. If you would like to, talk to us first and we will agree a fair arrangement.

In the same spirit, we will not approach or solicit the clients we get to know through white-label or outsourcing work for you.

19Events beyond our control

Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, power or internet outages, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, cyberattacks or failures of third-party platforms. The affected party will tell the other promptly and resume as soon as it can. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may end the affected engagement by written notice. This does not cancel payment for work already done or amounts already due.

20Governing law and disputes

These Terms and every engagement under them are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

If a dispute arises, we will first try to settle it in good faith through discussion between senior people on both sides within 30 days of written notice. If it is not settled, it will be finally resolved by arbitration under Bangladesh’s Arbitration Act 2001, before a single arbitrator, seated in Dhaka and conducted in English. Hearings may be held by video conference. Bangladesh is a party to the New York Convention, so arbitration awards can be enforced in most countries.

Either of us may still ask a court for urgent interim relief, and we may bring a claim for unpaid fees in any court that has jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

21General

  • Independent parties. We provide our services as an independent business. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship.
  • Subcontractors. We may use vetted subcontractors and freelancers who are bound by confidentiality. We remain responsible for their work.
  • Transfer. Neither of us may transfer an engagement to someone else without the other’s written consent, except to a business that takes over all of the relevant business.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, your Quote and any agreement signed by both of us form the whole agreement about our services and replace earlier discussions.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been given up.
  • Notices. Notices may be sent by email: to us at info@core360solutions.com, and to you at the email address you use with us.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. A Bangla translation is provided for convenience; if the two differ, the English version applies.

22Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to Quotes approved and billing periods that start after that date. If a change materially affects current clients, we will email them at least 30 days before it applies.
