Case Study: Building an AI-Search-Ready Bilingual Agency Website

Our first case study is our own website. A new agency on a brand-new domain needs to be found on Google, understood by AI assistants and trusted by clients in two languages, without a large budget. Here is exactly what we built, why, and what we can already measure.

Key takeaways

  • 40 pages: 20 in English and 20 in Bangla, each pre-rendered to plain HTML.
  • Every page has reciprocal hreflang links and structured data.
  • Every build runs an automatic SEO audit before it can go live.
  • Changes go live about 30 seconds after we push to GitHub.
  • Every enquiry reaches the inbox and is counted as a lead in GA4.

1The challenge

  • A new domain with no history, so every page had to be easy for search engines to read and trust.
  • Two audiences: clients in Bangladesh who prefer Bangla, and international clients who read English.
  • Visibility in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, not only in Google.
  • A low-cost hosting plan, so the site had to be fast without expensive infrastructure.
  • Leads had to arrive reliably and be measurable from day one.

2What we built

  • Pre-rendered pages. Each page is built with React and rendered to static HTML at build time, so Google and AI crawlers see the full content without running JavaScript.
  • Two complete languages. English at the root and Bangla under /bn/, with reciprocal hreflang tags (English, Bangla and x-default) on every page and in sitemap.xml.
  • Structured data everywhere. JSON-LD for the organization, services, prices, FAQs, breadcrumbs and articles, so search engines and AI systems understand what each page offers.
  • Files for AI assistants. llms.txt and llms-full.txt summarize the site, and robots.txt welcomes search and AI crawlers.
  • Clear prices in four currencies. Plans are shown in USD, EUR, GBP and BDT using daily exchange rates.
  • Tracked leads. The project brief form delivers to our inbox through Web3Forms, shows a thank-you message and sends a lead event to Google Analytics 4, with Google Tag Manager installed.
  • Trust pages. Terms and Conditions and a Privacy Policy in both languages.

4Results so far

The site launched in October 2026, so search traffic results are still early and we will not guess them. What we can measure today:

  • 40 indexable pages, each passing our build audit: one H1, no skipped heading levels, valid structured data and no broken internal links.
  • 120 hreflang links checked on every build, all reciprocal, and a sitemap.xml that matches the pages exactly.
  • New content goes live about 30 seconds after a push to GitHub.
  • Every form enquiry is delivered to our inbox and recorded as a lead in GA4.

We will update this case study with Google Search Console and AI visibility results after 90 days.

5What we learned

  • Pre-rendering is the simplest way to make a modern JavaScript site readable by every crawler.
  • Automating SEO checks in the build stops small mistakes, such as a missing hreflang link, from ever reaching Google.
  • A bilingual site needs real translations, not word-for-word ones. We rewrote the Bangla in natural, everyday language.
  • Measuring leads from day one matters more than measuring traffic.

7FAQ

Can you build a bilingual website for my business?

Yes. We build websites in English and Bangla, or other language pairs, with separate pages for each language, hreflang tags and natural translations reviewed by people.

Will my website be ready for AI search?

Every site we build is pre-rendered or server-rendered, uses structured data and clean headings, and welcomes search and AI crawlers, which are the foundations AI assistants rely on.
